IamIP creates its own patent database, which serves as the basis for research and the creation of monitoring profiles. Legal status information is also processed in this database, which enables individual property rights to be monitored for legal status and procedural changes.
The database DOCDB of the European Patent Office serves as the basis. This is enhanced by full-text data that IamIP obtains directly from the authorities (e.g. USPTO, DPMA) and from other providers.
In addition to the bibliographic data and full texts, IamIP also provides the drawings and a link to download the full PDF documents.
