Contact Form and Chat
If you send us inquiries via contact form or chat, your details from the inquiry form or the chatroom, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. These will be used for further business initiation within the authorized users of IAMIP. We will not share this information without your consent.
Newsletter Data
If you subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, attend a webinar, ask for an answer in the chat or make an appointment, we need an e-mail address from you and information that will allow us to verify that you own the specified e-mail address and agree with the receipt of the newsletter. Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information or sending the access data for web meetings and do not pass them on to third parties. The granted consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. You will find a corresponding link on the e-mail. The information you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or delete the purpose for data storage (for example, after your request has been processed). Legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected. Order processing
We have entered into a contract data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements when using Google Analytics.
IP anonymization
We use the function “activation of IP anonymization” on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.
